The Duke of Richmond Lodge Meetings take place on the fourth Thursday in February, March, April, October & November, leaving the weekend free for Family and other activities.
The Duke of Richmond Lodge is a very sociable lodge, holding various social events throughout the year to which partners and friends are invited, these include but not limited to a formal dinner, a Ladies Festival and a BBQ. The Ladies’ Festival can take different forms – in the past we have had a weekend away at various locations. This is a two-night stay in a hotel with a gala dinner on the Saturday night. In other years we have held a dinner on a Saturday night at various venues in Sussex. As well as being great social occasions these events help to raise money for Lodge’s chosen charity for the year.
The current membership is drawn from a wide range of backgrounds with many of them from the local area, but others travel from further afield. Current occupations include a variety of skilled workers from across a number of trades, business owners and numerous other professionals. We have a diverse age range of members, the minimum age for new members being 18.
